Founder & President, Bancroft Outreach Inc.

Having recently earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education and previously received my Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Christian Ministries from Dallas Baptist University, I stand at the intersection of academic excellence and spiritual purpose. My educational journey has equipped me with both the intellectual framework and the theological foundation to serve communities with wisdom, empathy, and strategic insight.

My professional background spans finance, community outreach, mentorship, consulting, and mediation. These diverse experiences have shaped a holistic approach to service—one that addresses both the structural and emotional needs of individuals and communities. From my time as an educator in independent school districts to my role as a community outreach minister for various non-profit organizations, I have built a dynamic portfolio centered on empowerment, education, and transformation.

At Bancroft Outreach Inc., our mission is grounded in the belief that mentorship and strategic consulting are essential tools in building strong individuals, families, and organizations. We specialize in delivering motivational principles and practical strategies designed to cultivate purpose, drive success, and foster spiritual and personal growth.

As Founder and President, I believe it is paramount that we reach our youth and underserved communities through impactful summer and after-school programs. These initiatives are not merely extracurricular; they are critical interventions designed to equip the next generation with the skills, values, and vision they need to become agents of positive change.

We are more than an organization—we are a movement committed to raising up a generation of socially responsible, spiritually grounded, and community-oriented individuals.

My Testimony of Healing, Grace, and Purpose.

In 2001, at just 22 years old and preparing to enter my senior year of college, I received a life-altering diagnosis: a rare and aggressive form of oral cancer. That moment marked the beginning of a journey that would forever change the trajectory of my life. What I once envisioned as a straightforward path to graduation and professional success was suddenly interrupted by uncertainty, pain, and a deep spiritual reckoning.

Like so many others who have faced a diagnosis of cancer, I was thrust into a whirlwind of emotional and physical suffering. I grappled with profound hurt, confusion, and disappointment. The weight of the unknown, coupled with the agony of treatment and recovery, left lasting scars—not only on my body but also on my soul. However, amidst the darkness, a divine light began to shine.

“This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.” — John 11:4 (NKJV)

This verse became my anchor. In what could have been my final chapter, God wrote a new beginning.

The Lord stepped in with power and precision. He stilled the hand of death and guided the hands of the surgeons. Through divine intervention and modern medicine, the cancer was completely removed from my body. I stand today not only as a survivor but as a living testimony to the healing power and unfathomable mercy of our Lord.

So many have not received the same outcome, and I do not take this grace lightly. I am profoundly grateful for every day, every breath, and every opportunity to share the goodness of God. I offer my testimony to you not as a tale of suffering, but as a testament of faith, hope, and divine restoration.

We serve a mighty, miracle-working God. Though this journey has not been without challenges, I have never walked alone. Through every surgery, every sleepless night, every moment of fear—I have felt His presence, His peace, and His promises.

It is my earnest prayer that whatever trial you may be facing—be it illness, emotional distress, depression, divorce, insecurity, or grief—you would place it in the Master’s hands. He alone has the power to restore what is broken, rebuild what has been torn down, and renew what has been lost.

I, S. Bancroft Davis Sr., stand in deep gratitude for the countless blessings that have shaped my journey. Among the greatest of these are the unwavering love, prayers, and steadfast support of my family. They have lifted me when I was low, stood beside me through trials, and reminded me—by their example—what faith and perseverance truly mean. For every moment they believed in me, even when I struggled to believe in myself, I am eternally thankful.

If I can offer the Lord nothing more than a heart overflowing with gratitude, then I will do so with every breath I have. I am committed to living a life that reflects His goodness, mercy, and calling upon my life. My gratitude is not passive—it is active, expressed through service, sacrifice, and obedience to His will.

Let it be known clearly and without compromise: no matter what I face, I stand firmly and fearlessly on the Lord’s side. Though the winds of life may blow and the storms may rise, my foundation is unshakable because it is rooted in Christ.
